Lignostar International is a one-stop-shop where professionals can develop themselves in an international business environment.</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your key responsibilities </strong>                                                                                      As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you are an essential link between our field sales team, customers and suppliers. You ensure that commercial opportunities are converted into concrete results. Depending on your profile, the emphasis of the role will be on inventory &amp; procurement or on transport &amp; logistics.</p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Core responsibilities                                                                                                     </strong>The following core tasks apply to both positions:</p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Supporting the sales team and maintaining customer contact</li><li>Processing and follow-up of sales orders</li><li>Monitoring delivery times and coordinating with internal and external parties</li><li>Preparation and verification of transport and customs documents</li><li>Identifying bottlenecks and actively thinking about process improvements</li></ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Profile 1: Commercial Operations Specialist – Stock &amp; Purchasing (1 FTE)</strong>                                                                                                                                   In this role, the focus is on inventory management and procurement processes.
